Some days we feel as if things are moving at such a pace that we can scarcely keep up.
Do we have to keep up?
With what?
Breathe.
Deep, cleansing breaths can be healing.
We need only look around to know that we can choose to be caught up or we can choose to be…and to disengage.
Remember who you are and know who you are not.
Slow down to see and feel what you are missing.
Just for today…breathe.
Then tomorrow, breathe again. Let this become a habit so that it becomes your practice.
Wisely, and slow. They stumble that run fast.
– William Shakespeare

Using breath as a tool can be very effective. My post-menopausal anxiety, caused by involuntary adrenal fluctuations, has been eased naturally and effectively using deep breathing.

Eliza, how wonderful that you have a natural approach to peace and calm in your life. I’ve seen videos on the power of various breathing techniques to heal quite a few disorders and diseases. Breath is life. ππ»

Thank you

Gabe, you are welcome. I am always amazed and delighted when what I most need shows up…seemingly out of the blue. Take care, be well and breathe. π
