Which one is the better verb to describe your intention? Which verb best describes your movement (words, actions) in this challenging period in our world milieu? How do you choose to expend your precious energy?

So much to consider, yes?
Our feelings, our thoughts, and our actions combine in whole or in part to create our experience. And our individual experiences, borne of these, influences the collective – and we need not even say a word. And we say many words…and the energy of those also make a powerful contribution as well.
Where are you? How do you feel in this moment? What do you feel? What do you believe? What motivates you in each moment? How can you change your mind; your beliefs and then…your feelings?
Why do you feel, think, or choose as you do? The answers to this question contain the core of what motivates us…in everything we choose to be, to do…and ultimately to have (as an experience).
So much to consider, yes.
Trust the light within your heart to lead you to be the best you; to live your best life; to be motivated consistently by love, not fear.
May the long time sun shine upon you.
Namaste.
Important questions. I tend to use an inquiry into my body? I have found this practice a softer approach to seeking the answers I need. No resisting or persisting, just gentle asking and receiving. I Don’t always like what I hear but my body always tells the truth. Great post Carrie. 💚🌈

Thank you, Karen. I agree with your approach. I use the same. Truly, trusting ourselves will provide the right answers for us…even if we are not happy with the answer. 😊🙏🏻
